Quick Man Management wants to bring on a Shift Incharge for its Dombivali, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Versees All Operational Activities, Personnel, And Safety Protocols During A Specific Work Shift. They Are Responsible For Achieving Production Targets, Ensuring Quality Standards, Maintaining Equipment, And Managing Staff, Typically Reporting To A Production Supervisor. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Shift Incharge, your work will include:

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• Keep simple daily records of your work.
• Follow company processes and safety guidelines

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Communication, Basic computer use, Teamwork, Time management
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are punctual and reliable

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
