Quiet Cool Group is looking for a Human Resource Executive to join its team in Mumbai Central, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹27,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹19,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

What you will do

• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, MS Excel and HRMS
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential
