• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment and Screening

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Human Resources Assistant, your work will include:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
