Candidates Must Have Good Communication And Convincing Skills. Prior Experience In Sales/Telecalling Is Preferred. Training Will Be Provided. Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• No English required
