R K Bansal Finance Private Limited is looking for a Collection Manager to join its team in Sector 18 - Gurgaon, Delhi. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹60,000/month.

The Senior Collection Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading Collection Operations, Driving Recovery Performance, Managing Delinquent Portfolios, And Ensuring Collection Teams Achieve Business Targets While Adhering To Rbi Guidelines And Internal Compliance Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

What you get

You will be paid ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Financial products, MS Excel, Compliance, KYC
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An ethical, detail-oriented attitude
