Collection Specialist

R K Bansal Finance Private Limited is hiring a Collection Specialist in MG Road - Gurgaon, Delhi. 15 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Collection Specialist, your work will include:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Documentation, Compliance and KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
