Collection Associate (Nbfc Payday Loan) - Manage Overdue Loan Accounts, Follow Up With Customers For Timely Repayments, Negotiate Payment Arrangements, And Ensure Recovery Targets Are Achieved While Maintaining Compliance With Regulatory Guidelines And Delivering A Professional Customer Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Customer acquisition, MS Excel, KYC, Compliance
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and persuasive
