Your responsibilities

As an Import Export Assistant, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
