Rac It Solutions Private Limited wants to bring on an Hr Compliance for its Vile Parle East, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Screening, Labour law basics, MS Excel, HRMS
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
