Hr Executive

Radhika Manpower Services has an opening for an Hr Executive based in Goregaon, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Payroll, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
