We Are Looking Customer Support Executive Who Can Assist Our Customers Via Calls And Resolve The Issues They Are Facing. Type : Sales, Inbound, Domestic, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
