Customer Support Executive Required To Handle Customer Queries And Provide Prompt Resolution Through Calls, Chats, Or Email. Candidate Must Have Good Communication Skills In Hindi And English. Type : Domestic, Inbound, Outbound, Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
