In This Role, You Will Manage A Team Of Telesales Executives, Track Their Daily Performance, And Ensure The Team Meets Its Monthly Sales Targets. Your Main Goal Is To Coach Your Team To Convert Leads Into Sales Successfully. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Telesales Team Leader, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are polite and customer-first
