The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Sales, Networking, And Client Management Skills With Experience In The Hr Consulting Or Staffing Industry. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: CRM, Local market knowledge, Customer handling, Lead generation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, confident attitude
