Responsibilities:Handle Incoming Leads Generated Through Social Media And Other Marketing Platforms.Explain Overseas Education Services And Programs To Students And Parents.Counsel Students Regarding Study Abroad Opportunities, Courses, Universities, And Visa Process.Conduct Tele-Calling And Follow-Up With Interested Candidates.Convert Leads Into Admissions Through Proper Counseling And Guidance.Schedule And Conduct Office Meetings With Students And Parents.Maintain Regular Follow-Up And Relationship With Clients.Coordinate With Admission And Documentation Team For Smooth Processing.Maintain Lead Database And Update Daily Follow-Up Reports.Achieve Monthly Counseling And Admission Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Active listening, Typing speed, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude
