Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi
• A persuasive, trustworthy attitude
