Maintain Employee Records And Hr Documentation.Handle Joining Formalities, Kyc Documents, And Police Verification.Prepare Appointment Letters, Salary Slips, And Relieving Letters.Maintain Attendance, Leave Records, And Employee Details.Coordinate With Managers Regarding New Joinees And Employee Resignations.Handle Exit Formalities And Clearance Forms.Assist In Recruitment, Interview Scheduling, And Employee Onboarding.Coordinate With Employees And Management For Daily Hr Activities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Recruitment, Labour law basics, Screening, Payroll
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and people-oriented

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
