Randstad India Private Limited has an opening for a Branch Relationship Executive based in Karur. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

We Are Looking For Enthusiastic And Driven Sales Executives / Relationship Executives To Join Our Team. The Ideal Candidates Will Be Responsible For Engaging With Walk-In Customers At Leading Banks. The Primary Role Involves Approaching Potential Customers And Offering Them Credit Card Services.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, KYC, Documentation and Financial products
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are persuasive and ethical
