Purchase Assistant

Randstad India Private Limited is looking for a Purchase Assistant to join its team in Sakinaka, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Purchase Assistant, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, MS Office, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised

Salary

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
