The Receptionist / Security Executive Officer Is Responsible For Managing Front Desk Operations While Ensuring The Safety, Security, And Access Control Of The Office Premises. The Role Requires A Professional, Courteous, And Vigilant Individual Who Can Effectively Handle Visitors, Maintain Security Protocols, And Provide Administrative Support Whil. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Email etiquette, MS Office and Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
