We Are Looking For A Billing Clerk To Manage Invoicing, Verify Billing Data, Maintain Accurate Records. The Candidate Should Ensure Error-Free Transactions, Resolve Billing Issues, And Support The Accounting Team. Basic Accounting Knowledge And Proficiency In Excel Or Billing Software Are Required.

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: TDS, Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are numerate and confidential

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
