We Are Looking For A Back Office Executive To Handle Cold Calling, Client Calling, Quotation Sharing, Order Follow-Ups And Regular Documentation, Coordinating With Clients And Internal Teams To Ensure Smooth Order Processing And Timely Updates. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
