Rb Jewellers is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Marine Lines, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
