The Building Manager / Front Office Executive Is Responsible For Managing Daily Guest Operations, Check-Ins, Guest Satisfaction, Housekeeping Coordination, Maintenance Follow-Ups, Occupancy Management, And Smooth Functioning Of The Serviced Apartment Building. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Internet Surfing

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Internet Surfing
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
