Monitor The Building During The Night Shift And Ensure Smooth Operations.Supervise Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, And Other Night Staff.Handle Emergencies, Incidents, And Tenant Concerns Promptly.Conduct Regular Building Inspections And Report Any Issues.Maintain Security, Safety, And Access-Control Procedures.Record And Hand Over Important. Skills Needed : Email | Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
