Front Office Receptionist

Real Resource Hr Services is hiring a Front Office Receptionist in Bandra, Mumbai. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, Data entry, Basic accounting, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, dependable attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
