What you will do

As a Uti Mutual Fund Upselling Process, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
