Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi and Outbound
