A new Secretary / Executive Assistant role is open at Reliable Spaces Pvt Ltd, Kanjur Marg West, Mumbai. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are detail-oriented and dependable

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
