This Is An Ngo-Based Communication Role Where You Will Professionally Interact With Existing And Potential Donors Over Calls To Create Awareness About The Organization'S Social Initiatives And Fundraising Campaigns. It Is Not A Traditional Bpo, Call Center, Telesales, Or Customer Complaint Handling Process. Freshers Are Welcome,. Type : Outbound, Domestic, Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
