Key responsibilities

As a Telecaller ( Freshers Welcome), your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound
