Rishi Kapoor & Company is hiring a Company Secretary in Raj Nagar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹60,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Required A Qualified Company Secretary, Which Can Handle All The Compliance Of The Clients In Our Firm Related To Companies Act And Registrar Of Companies (Roc). 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Tally, Bank reconciliation, GST, MS Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and organised
