A new Recovery Executive role is open at Rising Era, Airoli, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Active listening and CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and polite

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
