• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Active listening, Hindi and English, Complaint handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Telecollection Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
