Client Relationship Management- Maintain And Develop Relationships With Existing Clients To Foster Repeat Business.- Conduct Regular Follow-Ups Through Calls, Emails, And Face-To-Face Meetings To Ensure Client Satisfaction And Product Awareness.- Assist Clients In Completing Account Opening Procedures And Kyc Documentation, Coordinating With The Back-Office Team.- Address And Resolve Client Queries Proactively, Escalating Complex Issues As Required.Reporting & Coordination- Maintain Detailed Records Of Client Interactions, Sales Progress, And Leads In The Crm System.- Provide Weekly Sales Reports And Updates To The Sales Manager. What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements
