Achieve Monthly And Annual Sales Targets. Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Dealers, Distributors, Retailers, And Customers. Identify New Business Opportunities And Expand Market Reach. Conduct Market Visits And Analyze Competitor Activities. Generate Leads And Convert Them Into Long-Term Business Relationships. Coordinate With Internal Teams For Order Processing And Timely Delivery. Prepare Sales Reports, Market Feedback, And Sales Forecasts. Handle Customer Queries And Resolve Issues Effectively. Support Promotional Activities, Exhibitions, And Branding Initiatives. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Marketing | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi, Marketing
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
