Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹36,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, MS Excel and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
