The Chef De Partie (Cdp) Is Responsible For Managing A Specific Section Of The Kitchen, Ensuring Consistent Food Quality, Precise Presentation, And Timely Preparation Of Dishes As Per Standard Recipes And Sops. The Cdp Supervises Junior Kitchen Staff, Maintains Hygiene And Food Safety Standards, Monitors Mise En Place, Controls Portioning & Wastage. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Continental, Chinese, Tandoor | North Indian, Restaurant Experience, Head Chef, Commi1, Commi2

Roles and responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Chinese, Commi1, Commi2, Continental, Head Chef, North Indian, Restaurant Experience and Tandoor
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
