RSAn Enterprise is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. Freshers can apply. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi
• Good English

Salary and benefits
