Rtf Consultant Private Limited is looking for a Home Loan Executive to join its team in Mulund, Mumbai. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Sales, Outbound, Domestic
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone customer-first and patient

Your responsibilities

As a Home Loan Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
