We Are Hiring Telecallers For Loan Processing! Your Responsibilities Include Contacting Interested Customers, Explaining Loan Products, And Collecting Necessary Documentation. We Are Looking For Immediate Joiners. Walk-In Interviews . Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Marathi, English, Hindi

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What you get

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• No English required
