Handle Hr Processes, Including Bulk Hiring, Job Post ,Salary Mintains Off Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.

Salary

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Screening, MS Excel, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Good English
