Russell Airflow Systems Pvt Ltd is hiring an Hr And Admin Officer in Taloja, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Screening, MS Excel and Recruitment
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and organised

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
