Salary and benefits

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
