Hospital Receptionist

Sage Hospital has an opening for a Hospital Receptionist based in Malad West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Attending And Managing Incoming Calls And Patient Queries- Handling Front-Desk Reception And Patient Appointments- Coordinating Opd Schedules And Patient Flow- Preparing Discharge Cards And Related Documentation- Maintaining Patient Records And Necessary Registers- Coordinating With Doctors, Nurses And Other Staff- Handling Basic Administra. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing, Record keeping, MS Office, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable
