Sai Classes wants to bring on a Receptionist Cum Telecaller for its Worli, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Shift Timing : 6:50Am To 4Pm.

Day-to-day work

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
