Sai Enterprises is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in Peenya, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email and Ms Power Point
