Sai Financial Services is hiring a Field Collection Executive in Dadar, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹35,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Active listening, Hindi and English, Typing speed
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are customer-first and polite

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
