The Hr Executive / Recruiter Is Responsible For Supporting The End-To-End Recruitment Lifecycle Of The Organization. The Role Will Be Responsible For Understanding Manpower Requirements, Sourcing Suitable Candidates, Screening And Shortlisting Profiles, Coordinating Interviews, Managing Offer Discussions And Negotiations, Ensuring Closure. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
