Sankalp Group is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to join its team in Panvel, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹45,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹22,500 – ₹45,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Bike, Real Estate
• Basic English
• Own bike
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate, Real Estate
• Should Have: Bike
• A target-driven, self-motivated attitude
